Makhane – bowl
Almonds – 1 small bowl
Cashew – 1 small bowl
Raisins – 1 small bowl
Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Desi ghee – 2 tsp
Rock salt – as per taste

How to make Roasted Dry Fruits
If you want to make nutritious roasted dry fruits in the winter season, first put ghee in a pan and keep it on medium flame to heat. When the ghee melts, put cashews in it and roast while stirring until they turn golden, then take them out in a bowl. Similarly roast almonds in a pan and take them out in a bowl.

Now put the nuts in the pan and roast them by adding a little more ghee. When the Makhanas are fried well, add turmeric powder and salt as per taste and fry till they become crispy. After this add black pepper powder to the makhanas and mix with the help of a spoon. After this turn off the gas. Now add the already roasted almonds and cashews to the makhana and mix them well. After this, mix the raisins without roasting. Roasted dry fruits full of taste and health are ready. You can store them in an airtight container.
