What is the specialty of ‘Robot Dog’?
This ‘robot dog’ has been prepared by Delhi based AeroArk Company. It is a company of Arc Venture (ARCV). Here MULE stands for Multi Utility Legged Equipment. This ground robot can work in all weather conditions. Officials said that it is tele-operable and can be used for many security related purposes. It can also be used for intelligence gathering, surveillance and recce.
‘Robot dog’ is made of these things
It is composed of a compute box, battery, front sensor head, rear sensor head and legs. It takes only 15 minutes to assemble them. Its total weight is 51 kg and can work in temperatures ranging from -45 degree Celsius to 55 degree Celsius. It has got IP67 rating for dust and water resistance. It can run with a top speed of 3 meters per second. It is equipped with NVIDIA Xavier CPU. With a maximum payload capacity of 12 km, this MULE has a standby runtime of 20 hours.
Can work in all types of areas
If we talk about its other features, it can climb stairs and heights. With the help of the cameras installed in it, it can pass without hitting the obstacles in front of it. It is capable of working even in low light places. With its help, audio and visuals can be collected from any place. It can operate in a variety of climates and terrains.
