Roller Fruit Ice Cream: Unique ice cream is made from fresh fruits in Bokaro, one click will remind you of your childhood.

Kailash Kumar/Bokaro: This time something special is being seen in the craft fair organized at Sector 4 LIC grounds of Bokaro. Among the many vendors at the fair, Roller Ice Cream made from fresh fruits of Chaman Pariyar from Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh has attracted everyone’s attention. The most special thing about this ice cream is that it is prepared in the old Indian style, which makes it completely unique. Made with the excellent taste of fresh seasonal fruits and without the use of any chemicals, this ice cream is reminding everyone of childhood.

Old Indian way of preparing ice cream:
Ice cream seller Chaman Pariyar told Local 18 that this roller ice cream is made from completely natural ingredients, such as fresh fruits and milk cream. No chemical is added to it, which makes it an excellent option for health. Seasonal fruits like banana, watermelon, orange, and pineapple are used in this ice cream. Chaman told that he has revived this old Indian way of making ice cream, which people used to eat with great enthusiasm earlier, but after the advent of new technologies, this tradition had almost ended. Now by bringing it back he is giving people the taste of childhood.

Roller Ice Cream Making Process:
The process of preparing Roller Fruit Ice Cream is also quite interesting. Chaman explains that first of all, about 60 kg of ice and 12 kg of salt is used to cool the roller, due to which the roller remains cold for 3 hours. After this, milk and cream are spread on the roller, and then fresh fruits are rubbed on the roller and their flavors are added to the cream. Finally, the ice cream is collected with a knife and served in a cup. This unique process makes the taste of ice cream even more special.

Popularity of Ice Cream:
Roller ice cream is sold in the fair according to the crowd. Sometimes Chaman sells 30 cups and sometimes up to 5000 cups are sold. Chaman will sell his ice cream in Bokaro till Diwali. Customer Shiv Charan, who came to taste the ice cream, said that he liked the refreshing taste of this ice cream very much and it was indeed a unique experience.
