Bought a new house for Rs 18.94 crore
This apartment of Ronit Roy is near Yari Road in Versova area of Mumbai. He has got parking for four cars in it. The actor has bought his new apartment for Rs 18.94 crore as per the price of 4,258 square feet. He got it registered on June 10, 2024, for which the actor paid stamp duty of Rs 1.13 crore and registration fee of Rs 30,000.
The actor was going through financial crisis
Let us tell you that a few months ago Ronit Roy was going through financial crisis. The actor runs his own security agency. But during the Corona period, his condition became so bad that he did not even have money to pay salary to the security guards. In such a situation, Ronit even sold his car. The actor himself revealed this in an interview.
Sold vehicles to pay the staff
In an interview given to Lehran Retro, Ronit Roy had told that he had some vehicles which he was not using. He sold those vehicles to pay the security staff. Apart from this, he revealed that during that time Amitabh Bachchan, Akshay Kumar and Karan Johar kept paying him without service, due to which the actor got a lot of help.
