Four accused arrested and illegal weapons recovered

On the information of informer, Saadabad police and SOG team busted an illegal arms factory running in Tubel’s cell in the forest (farm) of Mansya village of Saadabad and arrested four youths. Pistols and pistols along with materials for making illegal weapons have been recovered from them.
Hathras Additional Superintendent of Police Dr Ashok Kumar Singh said that on May 14, at around 10.10 am, Saadabad police received information about an illegal arms factory running in Tubel’s cell in the forest (farm) of village Mansya in Saadabad police station area. Police and SOG team reached the spot and recovered 2 country made pistols of 32 bore, 1 pistol of 315 bore, 1 pistol of 12 bore, 1 pistol of 315 bore (semi-finished) and 3 spent cartridges. Also the equipment for making weapons is 1 welding machine, 1 drill machine, 1 grinder, bunch of wire, 2 drill rods, 1 square cube of iron, 1 saw, 4 crowbars, 1 hammer, 2 pliers, 3 small/big pliers, 1 Items like summi, 3 chisels small/big, 2 saw blades, 5 springs, 6 screws, iron etc. have also been found.
Four youths have been arrested from the spot. During interrogation, they revealed their names as Munesh Kumar son of Madhau Singh, resident of village Mansyakala, Sadab son of Ijazuddin, Sohail son of Hanif and Saddam alias Dabbal son of Javed, resident of Mohalla Traders. While confessing the crime, he said that he makes illegal weapons and sells them. They earn their living by dividing the money received from the sale of weapons equally. Youth Saddam alias Dabbal is a vicious criminal, who has been to jail in the past, against whom many cases have been registered in Sadabad police station under sections like attempt to murder, molestation, assault etc.
The arresting police team included Inspector Mukesh Kumar in-charge of Sadabad police station and Inspector Girish Chand Gautam in-charge SOG. Necessary legal action is being taken by Sadabad police station regarding the arrest and recovery by registering a case under relevant sections. The Superintendent of Police has honored the police team with a reward of Rs 25,000.
