Material:
1 cup sago (soaked sago in half an hour)
1 liter milk
1/2 cup sugar (can reduce or reduce taste)
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
10-12 almonds (chopped)
10-12 pistachios (chopped)
1 tablespoon raisins
1 tablespoon ghee (to bake sago)

Method of preparation:

1. Prepare sago:

Wash the sago thoroughly and soak it in water for half an hour. Then filter it and keep it aside.

2. Boiling milk:

Put milk in a pan and keep it to boil. When the milk remains half, then reduce the heat and keep stirring it continuously so that the milk does not burn.

3. Bake sago:

Heat ghee in a pan. Add soaked sago to it and bake lightly on medium flame for 3-4 minutes, so that it becomes soft.

4. Sago Rabri Making:

Now add sugar to boiled milk and dissolve it well. Then add sago baked in it.
Mix the milk and sago well and let it cook on the medium flame until the milk is completely absorbed in the sago and the mixture becomes thick.

5. Pour flavor:

When the rabri becomes thick, then add cardamom powder and chopped fruits (almonds, pistachios and raisins) and mix it.

6. Serve after cooling:

Remove Rabri from the heat and let it cool down a little. Then you can keep it in the fridge to cool for a while.
When cold, decorate it with chopped fruits and serve it.
