In Saharsa, Bihar, at around 1.30 am last Sunday, unknown criminals entered the house and shot dead an 18-year-old youth. The incident created chaos in the family. This incident is being reported from Dumra village ward number 6 of Navhatta police station area of the district. After receiving the information, the police reached the spot and started investigating the matter.
According to the information, the deceased has been identified as Abhishek Verma, son of Naresh Kumar Verma, resident of Dumra village, ward number 6 of Navhatta police station area. Deceased Abhishek Verma was the youngest among three brothers. Along with studies, Abhishek used to earn his living by driving his car. Abhishek Verma was going to appear in the LP (Railway) examination on 27th May. But on Sunday, criminals entered the house and murdered him. After that all the criminals fled from the crime scene.
It is being told that when Abhishek returned home late last night, five-six criminals fired two bullets at him. A bullet hit Abhishek in the chest, due to which he died on the spot. After that the body was sent to Sadar Hospital for post-mortem. After the post-mortem, the police handed over the body to the family members and started further action.
Meanwhile, the deceased’s brother Amit Kumar Verma said that my brother was returning home driving his car. During that time, unknown criminals surrounded him and shot him. One bullet hit my brother’s chest, due to which my brother died on the spot. Meanwhile, SDPO Alok Kumar said that criminals have shot and killed a youth named Abhishek Verma. According to the information, the deceased had a dispute with his elder brother from the past, however, the police is investigating.
