Salaar vs Dunki: Shahrukh Khan’s film ‘Dinky’ was released in theaters on 21 December on the occasion of Christmas. The film received a lot of love from the audience and was performing well at the box office. Prabhas’s most awaited film ‘Salaar’ also hit the theaters on 22 December. Fans liked the film and it made huge profits at the box office. But now there has been a huge decline in the earnings of both the films.

According to the report of Sacknilk, ‘Dinky’ has done a business of only Rs 0.84 crore on the fourth Sunday (25th day) of its release. Whereas ‘Saalar’ has also earned only Rs 0.45 crore (on the 24th day). Let us tell you that till this Thursday both the films were doing business worth crores every day. But on Friday, many films hit the theaters due to which the game of Shahrukh Khan and Prabhas’s films seems to be over.


Many films released simultaneously
Actually, many South films were released in theaters on January 12. Most of these were films of South superstars for which the audience was waiting for a long time. These include Mahesh Babu’s ‘Guntur Karam’ and Teja Sajja’s ‘Hanuman’. Both the films are doing business worth crores every day since their release. While ‘Guntur Karam’ has earned more than Rs 58 crores in three days, ‘Hanuman’ has also made a business of more than Rs 30 crores.


South films cut off ‘Dinky’-‘Salar’?
Apart from ‘Guntur Karam’ and ‘Hanuman’, ‘Ayalan’ and ‘Captain Miller’ also entered the big screen. There itself Katrina Kaif And Vijay Sethupathi’s film ‘Merry Christmas’ was also released in theaters on 12 January. In such a situation, as soon as these films come on screen, the cards of ‘Dinky’ and ‘Salaar’ seem to be getting cleared.

The game of ‘Dinky’-‘Salar’ is over!
Let us tell you that Shahrukh Khan Starrer ‘Dinky’ has so far made a total business of Rs 224.06 crore at the domestic box office. Prabhas’s ‘Salaar’ has also made a strong collection of Rs 403.4 crore. However, now both the films have started crawling at the box office and seem to be coming off the screens.
