Salman Khan House Firing Case: In the case of firing at Salman Khan’s house, there was news yesterday that the shooters had 40 bullets and those who supplied them with guns had been arrested. Now again a new update has come out in this matter. Today Mumbai Crime Branch presented Sonu Chander and Anuj Thapan in the court, who were arrested in the case of supplying guns to Sagar Pal and Vicky Gupta. The police had asked for 10-day remand of both, after which the accused have been sent to police custody for five days.
Both of them had given pistols
Police told the court that there is a record of contact with both the shooters on phone. Both of them had given the pistol, through which we would be successful in reaching the mastermind of the crime. That’s why the police wanted 10 days’ remand. The defense lawyer has said that the phone which the police is mentioning does not have a SIM card in the name of both of them and neither of them have given any gun.
Shooter’s helper contacts Lawrence Bishnoi
Both the accused named Sonu Chander and Anuj Thapan are residents of Abohar village of Punjab. The police have sent both the accused to police custody for five days i.e. till 30th April. There is also news that Anuj Thapan works as a truck helper and has contacts with the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. Many cases of Arms Act are already registered against Anuj.
The shooters tried many escape tactics
The accused who shot at Salman Khan’s house adopted many tricks to avoid getting caught. He was wearing a cap during the shoot and changed clothes three times after the incident. Both of them had 40 bullets, out of which they fired five. Police have found 17 bullets, but the search for the rest is going on.
Salman was at home at the time of the incident
On April 14, firing was done outside Salman Khan’s Galaxy apartment. The actor was at his home at the time of this incident. After this incident, panic has increased in the film corridor. After which Salman Khan’s security has been increased.
