Sources said that the Mumbai Crime Branch team reached Surat to search for the gun used by the accused in this firing. Encounter specialist and in-charge of Crime Branch Unit 9 Daya Nayak has gone to Gujarat with his team.
The gun was thrown in the river
During interrogation, the accused told the Crime Branch that after committing the crime, they had thrown the gun in a river in Surat. The accused told the police that they had thrown the gun in the Tapi river of Surat. After which the police team is searching in Surat.
Anmol Bishnoi had taken responsibility for the attack
After the firing outside Salman Khan’s house, Anmol had shared a post on social media. He had written- We want peace. But, if justice will be achieved only through war, then we are ready for that also. Next time there will be no firing on walls or in an empty house.
Salman returned to work
After firing outside his house, Salman Khan has returned to work. He has gone from Mumbai to Dubai on Friday to attend an event. Salman’s security has been further increased. Salman was seen surrounded by security at the airport. He did not even talk to the media.
