Samajwadi Party MP Ziaur Rahman Burke has suffered a major setback in the violence that took place during the survey in Sambhal’s Shahi Jama Masjid on November 24. Allahabad High Court has rejected the demand to cancel the FIR lodged against the SP MP. The court said that the FIR will not be canceled in this case and the police investigation will continue. However, the High Court has ordered the police not to arrest MP Burke at present.
