The day temperature has been recorded at seven degrees. Due to falling frost the weather looked like rain. The shower of frost along with the haze of fog has increased the melting.

The cold has been increasing continuously since last one week. A continuous decline is also being recorded in the temperature. Frost was seen falling in the form of showers since Friday night. The roads looked wet like the rainy season. The frost continued to fall till Saturday morning. After this there was little sunshine. This did not bring relief.

In the evening the melting increased with the cold winds. Dr. Chaman Prakash, doctor of the district hospital, said that one should avoid frost. Due to this the health deteriorates. Winter season has the most impact on health. Especially children and elderly people should stay safe in this season. Told that at present the number of patients suffering from cold is quite high.

Such patients are arriving in OPD every day. On the other hand, traffic police in-charge Anuj Malik says that drivers need to be more careful during fog. In case of heavy fog, the vehicle should be parked at a safe place. If you are forced to go, use fog lights and indicators. So that the risk of accident can be reduced.

Breathing problems increasing in children due to cold

There were 597 OPDs in the district hospital on Saturday. About 100 children were also involved in this. Children are having breathing problems due to cold. Doctors say that there is difficulty in breathing in this season. It can be avoided by taking precautions. Dr. Ramlal Yadav, who was found doing OPD for children in the district hospital, told that about 100-120 children come every day.

In this, 30-35 people have difficulty in breathing. They are given medicines and advice. Dress children in warm clothes to protect them from cold. Keep them in a warm place. The doctor said that the lungs of small children are much weaker than those of adults. They are not able to filter the pollutants and easily reach the heart and brain by mixing with blood and oxygen through the tissue of the lungs.

Due to these pollutants, the problem of problems in children is very high. The immunity of children is much lower than that of adults and they are not able to fight these toxic elements.
