Ananth Kumar/Gumla, These days the trend of fast food has become very fast. At present, people are liking delicious and tasty food from outside. One of those things is chaat. Chaat is something that is liked by people of every section of the society. If you are looking for tasty chaat, then visit the stall of Ansh Pani Puri Chaat Bhandar located near the Bank of India located near Thana Chowk in Ghaghra block of Gumla district. The chaat here is famous in the entire district. A huge crowd of people eating chaat is seen at this stall. People are crazy about the chaat and phuchka available here.
Stall operator Santosh Sahu said that here chaat is prepared by frying it in a pan. First of all, add chickpeas, cumin, coriander, chilli, musk fenugreek, black salt, tomato, coriander leaves etc. to the samosa chaat. Then it is served with self-prepared sour and sweet special chutney, curd, onion, papdi, sev etc. That’s why people like our chaat very much. That’s why it is the most famous. Apart from this, Phuchka is also available with us.
A plate of chaat for Rs 30
Santosh Sahu told that he has been selling the cart for 15 years. Initially, double samosa chaat was sold for Rs 10 and single samosa for Rs 5. But due to increasing inflation the rates had to be increased gradually. Presently I sell double samosa chaat for Rs 30 and single samosa for Rs 15. Whereas Phuchka gives 5 pieces for 10 rupees. But, I use all the highest quality ingredients. Therefore, as soon as the stall is set up, customers start coming and going. I open my shop from 11 am to 8 pm. Almost all the items are sold by the time the shop closes. Apart from this, I also take orders on occasions like marriage, birthday, anniversary, ring ceremony etc. Customer Arvind who came to eat at the shop said that the chaat and phuchka here taste very good. That’s why we come here to eat regularly. Complete care is taken of cleanliness here and it is served in pure Sakhua dona.
