There is a samosa seller near the RTO office of Chandauli district. Its samosa and gulab jamun are very famous. People like his paneer chickpeas and samosas more than plain samosas. He earns at least Rs 10 thousand in a day.

Identity made from tea and snack shop
45-year-old shopkeeper Rakesh Yadav tells Local 18 that he came here in 2006 to improve the financial condition of his family and opened a small shop. People started coming to this place in the morning and evening to drink tea, and gradually people started having breakfast along with tea. Within just a few days, hundreds of people from around the area started coming here for tea and breakfast, which became popular among many people.

Even now samosa is available at this place for just Rs 5. He tells that every day his shop opens at 4:00 in the morning and continues till 8:00 in the night. Men and women coming to the market are very crazy about it.

Khowa and Gulab Jamun are made from pure milk
The Gulab Jamun of their shop is so tasty and excellent that people coming to the market definitely stop here. Gulab Jamun sold in small shops is made from pure khoya after burning pure milk. He told that after making paneer and khova from pure milk, other sweets besides Gulab Jamun are made. Along with him, two artisans and many other members of the family also cooperate in this work. As soon as Gulab Jamun is ready, its fragrance attracts people towards itself. Even if they don’t want to, people don’t forget to eat Gulab Jamun from here.

What did the shopkeeper say?
In the year 2006, he wanted to go out for livelihood, but family circumstances forced him to stay here. Started his business by opening a small tea and snack shop. Although at that time it was not expected that this shop would become so big. Why only chickpea paneer with samosa? In response to this question, it said that everyone tastes normal samosa and chole chaat at all the shops. But to do something better with our mind, we started the work of making Chhola Paneer. More than 400 plain samosas are sold every day.
