Although the company has not yet given any official information about the features of its upcoming phone, the possible specifications of the phone have been revealed through many leaked reports on social media.
Actually, information about Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is being given in leaked reports. The biggest thing in this is that this Samsung phone can come with advanced version of Galaxy AI features, because the company had included AI features in this year’s Samsung S series. Apart from this, it is being said in the leaked reports that Samsung can also make changes in the camera features of its upcoming phone.
Will there be an upgrade in display and camera?
According to the rumors running on social media, Samsung Galaxy S25 can be given a 6.36 inch screen, whereas the Galaxy S24 launched this year had a 6.2 inch screen. Apart from this, the company can provide a larger 6.9-inch screen in the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, whereas the company had given a 6.8-inch screen in the Galaxy S24 Ultra launched this year.
Finally we’ll be able to see 16GB RAM option in Samsung S25 Ultra next year.

According to a tipster, the camera setup of Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra can also be upgraded. Especially this phone can be given a 50MP ultra wide angle lens, whereas the Galaxy S24 Ultra launched this year had a 12MP ultra wide angle lens. However, till now the company has not officially confirmed anything about any of these features.
