Pritivi Shaw: A criminal complaint has been filed against cricketer Prithvi Shaw and his friend Ashish Surendra Yadav. An FIR was lodged against this Delhi Capitals player and his friend by social media influencer Sapna Gill under sections 354, 509, 324 of the IPC, after which Prithvi Shaw and his friend Ashish Surendra Yadav have now appeared before the Andheri Magistrate 66 Court. A criminal complaint has also been registered against him.
Sapna Gill has filed a complaint against Prithvi Shaw and his friend in several cases including molestation and hitting with a bat. Not only this, while registering these cases, Sapna has also given a medical certificate of the government hospital, in which sexual exploitation has been mentioned with her.
Apart from this, social media influencer Sapna Gill has filed another complaint against Satish Kavankar and Bhagwat Garande. Satish Kavankar and Bhagwat Garande are officers of the Airport Police Station. Sapna has accused both of them of not working honestly during their duty. A criminal complaint has been registered against both of them under section 166A of the IPC. Let us tell you that the name of the advocate appearing on behalf of Sapna Gill is Lee Kashif Khan.
Prithvi Shaw’s troubles increased
Let us tell you that a few weeks ago, Indian cricketers Prithvi Shaw and Sapna Gill were seen brawling on the streets of Mumbai, the video of which went viral on social media. Sapna had said during an exclusive conversation with ABP that she was molested by Prithvi Shaw and his friend. Now both these cases will be heard in the court on April 17, in which it has to be seen what arguments are given in favor of Prithvi Shaw, and what the court says to Prithvi Shaw.
Prithvi Shaw is currently playing for Delhi Capitals in the 16th season of IPL. Prithvi Shaw’s form is not good in this year’s IPL season. So far he has got a chance to play in the first two matches, but he has not been able to show anything special even in one match. Therefore, nowadays a bad environment is going on for Prithvi Shaw both inside and outside the field.
