The specialty of this shop is that complete care is taken of cleanliness here. Shop operator Santosh told that the Sattu here is completely pure.

Santosh gets gram sattu ground from the mill every day and buys the vine from farmers in rural areas. Homemade spices are added to the bell which people drink with great gusto. Santosh told that all the ingredients are homemade. Due to which people feel at home.

Earning up to Rs 3,000 per day
Shop operator Santosh told that during the summer season, he sells Sattu and Bel sherbet near Nagar Bhawan in Buxar. 100 glasses of Sattu and 100 glasses of Bael sherbet are sold every day. The price of one glass of Sattu or Bael sherbet is only Rs 20. He told that daily earning ranges from Rs 2500 to Rs 3 thousand. Santosh said that as the heat increases, so does the number of shopkeepers. They do this business from March to June and July. After that they start running a snack shop. Due to which the source of income remains intact throughout the year and the family is well maintained.
