Ingredients for making Ragi Biscuits
Ghee – 5 tbsp

Powdered jaggery – half a cup

Vanilla essence – 1 tsp

Half cup ragi powder

1/2 cup wheat flour

Cocoa powder – 2 tablespoons

Cold milk – 3 cups

Baking soda – half a teaspoon

Follow these steps to make Ragi cookies
First of all, mix ghee, jaggery and vanilla essence in a bowl. After this, add ragi, flour and cocoa powder and mix it. Now add baking powder and cold milk to it and prepare a tight dough.
