State Bank of India (SBI) has invited applications for Specialist Cadre Officer (SCO) posts. State Bank of India (SBI) has invited applications for 150 Specialist Cadre Officer (SCO) posts in its institution. Under this recruitment process, eligible candidates can apply online on the official website of SBI, sbi.co.in. The application process has started from 3 January 2025 and the last date for application is 23 January 2025.
educational qualification
Candidates who want to apply for these posts must have a graduate degree (in any discipline) from any government recognized university or institute. Along with this, the candidate should also have a certificate in Forex issued by the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance (IIBF). Keep in mind that this certificate should be valid till 31 December 2024.
selection process
There will be two main stages in the selection process of this recruitment. Shortlisting and Interview. After shortlisting, all the candidates will be called for interview which will be of 100 marks. The marks obtained in the interview will be decided by the Bank, and selection will be done on the basis of merit list. The merit list will be based on interview marks only. If more than one candidate has equal marks, those candidates will be ranked on the basis of age, where the candidate with lower age will be given preference.
application fee
The application fee for this recruitment is Rs 750 for General, EWS and OBC candidates, while the application fee is free for SC, ST and PwBD candidates. Candidates can pay the application fee through debit card, credit card, or internet banking. Note that there may be additional transaction charges during online payment which the candidates will have to bear.
