Take 1 liter full cream milk and boil it well.
After boiling the milk, let it cool down a little.
It has to be kept lukewarm. Take care not to be too hot or too cold.
Always try to take fresh sour curd.
After this, pour milk in a clean vessel.
And add a little bit of fresh curd into it.

Never mix curd in hot milk and freeze it.

Do not keep curd in the same vessel in which you boiled milk.
If you want thick curd then use full cream milk.
