In a recent interview with The Guardian, the Bollywood superstar opened up about his lifestyle. Shah Rukh Khan revealed that he goes to sleep around 5 am and wakes up around 9 am. He works out for 30 minutes late at night every day and eats only once a day. King Khan said, “I go to sleep at five in the morning, when Mark Wahlberg wakes up, I go to sleep, and then if I’m shooting I wake up around nine or ten. But then I’ll come home at 2 am, take a bath and then workout before going to bed.”
