Shaitaan Box Office Collection Day 18: Ajay Devgan starrer horror thriller film ‘Shaitan’ has performed well in theaters since its release. Even after entering the third week of its release, ‘Shaitan’ has once again increased the pace of its earnings at the box office and has also made a huge collection. How much has ‘Shaitan’ earned on the 18th day of its release?
Supernatural ‘Shaitan’ has become the highest grossing film of all time in the horror genre films. ‘Shaitan’ hit the theaters on March 8. Since then this film has been wreaking havoc at the box office. The craze of the film is on the heads of the audience and with this it is getting a lot of audience even in the third week. Talking about the earnings of ‘Shaitan’, this film opened with Rs 14.75 crores. After this, the first week collection of the film was Rs 79.75 crore. In the second week, ‘Shaitan’ earned Rs 34.55 crore.
Now this film has entered the third week of its release. While ‘Shaitan’ had earned Rs 2.4 crore on third Friday, there was a jump of 87.50 percent in the business of the film on third Saturday and it earned Rs 4.5 crore. On the third Sunday, there was a slight decline of 3.33 percent in the earnings of ‘Shaitan’ and its collection stood at Rs 4.35 crore. Now the initial figures of earnings of the 18th day of the film’s release i.e. the third Monday have come.
- According to the early trend report of Sacknilk, ‘Shaitan’ has done a business of Rs 3.25 crore on the 18th day of its release i.e. third Monday.
- With this, the total collection of 18 days of ‘Shaitan’ has now become Rs 128.80 crore.
‘Shaitan’ reaches near Rs 150 crore
The total collection of ‘Shaitan’ is 128.76 crores nett and with this the film has easily come very close to crossing the 150 crores nett mark. Interestingly, this horror thriller has remained the top collection film in the third week and it is expected that its strong performance will continue till Eid. In such a situation, it does not seem difficult for the film to cross the Rs 150 crore mark. Although Shaitan may not reach the overall total of the film Fighter, it is on its way to surpass Fighter in a big way, which clearly shows that there is a lot of craze about the film among the audience.
