Squat and Jump to Plank

To do this exercise, first of all warm-up the legs properly. Now spread the legs at equal distance. While spreading the legs, keep in mind that you are able to stand easily. Now bring the toes of the feet 30 degrees outwards. Tightening the abdominal muscles, bend the body as if a chair is being made. Bringing the thighs parallel to the floor, remain in this posture for some time. While doing jump squats, keep in mind that only 5 to 7 sets have to be done once. By doing this daily, your hips will come in shape. Keep in mind that while doing squat jump, keep in mind your physical ability as well. If you are doing this for the first time, then you can do 1 or 2 sets of 10 in a day.

Glute Bridges Exercise

To do glute bridge exercise at home, lie on the back on the floor and keep both hands straight on both sides of the body and keep the palms spread on the ground.
Now bend your knees and raise your feet above the ground. After this, raise your buttocks above the ground as well. Keep in mind that the chest should be on the ground only. Balance the body with the back part of the leg and shoulder. Remain in this state for three seconds and then lower the body down. Do not forget to take deep breaths while doing hip bridge exercise. Repeat this exercise at least ten times for three seconds. If you are doing this exercise for the first time, then you can reduce the time to do it.
