On this question, what is Sharda Sinha’s opinion on obscenity in Bhojpuri songs, she said – ‘I sang the first Bhojpuri song in 1974. This is obscenity, see there are such good voices, the singers are talented people, there is a lack of guidance. The second thing is that there is a lot of hurry. There is such a hurry to commercialize, to become a star, but no one explains to them or they do not want to understand that you will become a star but how will you remain, how will you survive.
Sharda Sinha had said- ‘Selection of good songs is important. Bhojpuri is a little different from Maithili. The artists had to understand that we want to become stars in less time and with less hard work, the role of media is also such that we can bounce wherever we want. I feel very sad about this.
