This Sheermal roti has been being made in Ramganj market of Jaipur for years. Keeping in view the preference of fasting people during Ramadan, Sheermaal Roti is made in many shops in the walled market of Jaipur. Mohammed Sajid, who has been carrying forward the legacy of his ancestors for years in Ramganj market of Jaipur, says that Sheermal roti is in great demand among the fasting people as a source of energy and taste. The most special thing about Sheermal Roti is this. Sheermaal rotis are also made in different ways. Whose price ranges from Rs 10 to Rs 100. Among the Sheermaal roti, Sheermaal with dry fruits and sesame seeds is most in demand. Thousands of Sheermaal rotis are sold in hundreds of shops in the markets of Jaipur. In which Sheermaal roti is roasted in a big tandoor and then this roti is prepared with ghee butter and garnished with dry fruits, due to which its taste is amazing. Currently, there is going to be a demand for this Sheermaal roti throughout the month of Ramzan.
