Sheikhpura News: City Police Station President Dharmendra Kumar said that an FIR has been registered in this regard and four suspects have been detained. He is being interrogated. Some accused are absconding, they will be caught soon.

In Sheikhpura, on Saturday night, bike-riding miscreants fatally attacked a fruit businessman near Shyama Sarovar Park on the bypass road of the city. Then one lakh rupees in cash was looted from him. When he protested against the robbery, the miscreants broke the businessman’s head and badly broke his arms and legs. The injured businessman has been identified as Yogendra Kumar, 45, son of Shyamdev Prasad, resident of Ahiyapur Mohalla.

After the incident, police reached the spot and admitted the injured businessman to Sadar Hospital for treatment. Yogendra told that he had arranged for one lakh rupees to buy fruits for Chhath Puja, closed the shop and was returning home. Then more than half a dozen miscreants surrounded him. The businessman alleged that Kundan Yadav alias Doman Yadav and Kallu Yadav carried out this incident.

City Police Station President Dharmendra Kumar said that an FIR has been registered in this regard and four suspects have been detained. He is being interrogated. The absconding accused are residents of Teus village of Jairampur police station area, who are living in Sheikhpura. The police station chief said that the investigation of the case is being done rapidly and soon all the accused will be arrested.
