Shivhar police has exposed a big scandal. Actually, with the intention of trapping his brother-in-law, the brother-in-law along with his sister had hatched a dramatic conspiracy. The police have solved the case and arrested six accused. The matter is of Chhatauni village of Tariyani police station area of the district.
Disclosing this matter, SDPO Anil Kumar said that by hatching a false conspiracy, the police was informed at around 8.50 pm on Sunday night that a woman was shot by unknown miscreants in Baraiya Tola Ward 6 of Chhatauni village and several rounds were fired there. Firing has been done. As soon as the information was received, Tariyani police station reached there and investigated the matter. During investigation the case was found suspicious.
There was an attempt to trap the brother-in-law in collaboration with the sister.
Accused Hrithik Roshan alias Roshan Kumar presented six shells of 8 mm pistol and four shells of 7.65 mm pistol from the spot before the police and said that the miscreants shot and injured his sister. Finding the case suspicious, the police interrogated Hrithik thoroughly. During this time, it was found that Hrithik, along with his sister Kajal Kumari, hatched a conspiracy with the intention of implicating his brother-in-law Manish Patel and carried out the incident in a dramatic manner. When the police reached the hospital to meet the injured, the case was found suspicious there too. It was told that his sister had cut her finger with a blade at the behest of her brother. Hrithik, along with his other three close friends, opened fire at his house and caused minor injuries to his sister.
The matter was revealed during interrogation
During police interrogation, the accused also told that they were provided weapons by Rajan Kumar, resident of Rajadih village of Tariyani police station. SDPO said that the police took immediate action, besides Hrithik Roshan and his sister Kajal Kumari, who were involved in the incident, his friend Vikram Kumar, resident of Ramban of Shyampur Bhathan police station, Ravi Ranjan Kumar, resident of Hanuman Nagar village of Rajpur police station of East Champaran district and Tariyani police station. Chandan Kumar and Rajan Kumar, residents of Rajadih, have been arrested.
