3 teaspoon black salt
2 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon fennel
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon cardamom seeds
2 inches cinnamon
½ cup powdered sugar
Note- Some people also add ginger powder to it. You can increase or decrease the ingredients and quantity as per your taste.

To make Shikanji masala powder, take out all the ingredients mentioned above in quantity and keep them aside. Then prepare Shikanji masala as per the method given below-
1- Heat a pan. Add cumin seeds and fry till it turns slightly brown.
2- Take out roasted cumin seeds in a plate. Then put it in a mixer and grind it into a fine powder.
3- Now add black salt, cinnamon, cardamom, fennel and black pepper to the ground roasted cumin and grind it well in the mixer once again. To make market like shikanji, it is necessary to grind the spices finely.
4- Now filter this spice through a sieve. Store in an airtight container.
