After the order on the prayer letter of advocate Ranjana Agnihotri in Shri Krishna Janmasthan-Idgah case, the High Court has now summoned the files of all the claims going on in Mathura. As soon as the beginning of July, the High Court will decide the date of hearing of all these claims. It should be informed that the date of July 12 was fixed in all these cases in Mathura.

A total of 14 cases related to Shri Krishna birthplace are being heard in Mathura, in which Thakur Mahendra Pratap Singh of Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Mukti Nyas, senior advocate Rajendra Maheshwari, Dinesh Sharma of Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Sangharsh Nyas etc. are in charge. Apart from this, the claims of Ranjana Agnihotri, Manish Yadav etc. are also included. After the order by the High Court, earlier the list of these cases was sought from the District Judge’s Court, but now the files of all these cases have been sent from the District Court to the High Court. Participant Mahendra Pratap Singh said that apart from his file related to Shri Krishna’s birthplace, the files of other cases have also reached the High Court. On the other hand, Dinesh Sharma, president of Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Sangharsh Nyas, told that his Meena Masjid case has not gone to the High Court. That case will be heard in Mathura only.

Hearing of Ram-Ram Bachhor claim also in High Court

Advocate Mahendra Pratap Singh said that his case file regarding removal of Ram-Ram and Baichhor’s idols from Begum Sahiba Masjid in Agra has also reached the High Court. His hearing will no longer be held in Mathura.

Dinesh will reach the High Court barefoot

Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Sangharsh Nyas President Dinesh Sharma has taken a pledge that he will remain barefoot until the temple is constructed at the place of Idgah and will also reach the court barefoot. Also told that before going to the High Court, we will reveal the new strategy.
