Late Sidhu Moosewala’s mother Charan Kaur today posted a beautiful picture of herself with the singer on her Instagram handle. In the photo, Sidhu is seen with his arm wrapped around his mother’s shoulder like a doting son. The mother-son duo is seen smiling for the camera in the photo.
The text on the photo was overlapped and was originally written in Punjabi. In a long note dedicated to her late son, Charan Kaur wrote, “Dear son, it has been 730 days, 17532 hours and 1051902 minutes and 63115200 seconds since you crossed ghar di dehleez (the threshold of home). The fruit of my prayers was snatched away by our enemies with the fading evening, leaving darkness behind which no ray of light could have been expected.”

She further wrote, “But son, Guru Maharaj knew your thoughts and dreams, so I have been blessed with a son. Son, I, your father and your younger brother, will always keep your presence in this world. Of course, I cannot see you physically, but I can feel you and have been feeling you for these two years. Today is a very difficult day son.” The caption of this post also had crying emojis.
Sidhu’s father also posted a heartbreaking picture of the singer. In the picture, Sidhu is seen laughing. Along with this, it is written on the picture, “Justice for SidhuMoosewala.”

The late singer’s father Balkaur Singh also spoke to ANI and revealed that they are organising an intimate religious gathering. He then appealed to fans to not travel from outside Sidhu’s hometown Moosa. Balkaur Singh said that the heat is not good and urged fans to not travel in this heat. He said, “Tomorrow there will be a very simple event as there are elections and the temperature is very high. We have told people from outside not to come here, only village and family members are coming. The public has been told not to come… only religious rituals will be performed.”
