Which makes Mama’s Mirchi Bade different from other Mirchi Bade. This Mirchi Bade is very spicy, in which garam masala is used more to enhance the taste.

Recipe of Mirchi Bade and Kofta
Ramesh Sankhla told that there is only one method to make Mirchi Bada and Kofta. For this, potatoes are boiled first. Spices are then added to it. If we talk about spices, garam masala, asafoetida, ajwain, chili, onion, turmeric, coriander etc. are mixed to prepare chili and kofta masala. Only after that it is fried in oil mixed with a thick solution of gram flour. Apart from this, the special thing is that one oil is being used for the last 60 years, that is groundnut oil which preserves the taste.
