Patna’s Dr. who leaked the constable recruitment exam paper. Shubham Mandal was arrested by STF in Meerut late on Friday night after intensive interrogation. On the instructions of Prayagraj resident Rajiv Nayan Mishra, he opened the box of paper kept in the warehouse of TCI Transport Company in Ahmedabad and took the photo.
During STF interrogation, Shubham told that after doing MBBS from Nalanda Medical College in 2021, he was appointed as a doctor on contract in PHC Barari, Katihar. His partner Bittu has done MBBS from Patna Medical College. In 2017, he and Bittu went to jail for leaking the NEET paper.

Police said that Shubham used to play with great care in the box in which competitive examination papers were kept. He had done this before also. Bittu had introduced him to his friend Ravi Attri of Noida, who used to leak papers of competitive exams. After this, on the instructions of Rajeev Nayan Mishra, Shubham was taken to the warehouse of TCI Transport Company in Ahmedabad. There he very carefully played the box and took photographs of the question paper. In return he also received Rs 5 lakh.
