Mother and son died on the spot after being hit by a truck near Paswan Chowk of Nagar police station area of Sitamarhi, Bihar. During this time, the local people caught the driver along with the truck. Not only this, the angry people also beat up the driver brutally. At the same time, people also got angry at the police for arriving late. After a long time, the police freed the driver from the clutches of the angry people. Meanwhile, the city police station caught the truck driver and took him to the police station.
According to the information, the deceased have been identified as Savita Devi, wife of Ramvinay Sah, resident of Rampur Gangauli village of Riga police station area of the district, and her two-year-old son Aryan Kumar. It is being told that Savita Devi was going with her son to a private clinic in Sitamarhi city for treatment. Meanwhile, an uncontrolled truck crushed a mother and son walking on foot near Paswan Chowk. The deceased’s uncle Rajkishore Sah told that she had come to Sitamarhi for treatment with a compounder from the village.
At the same time, people angry over this accident surrounded Paswan Chowk with bamboo bats and blocked the road, due to which traffic on the road was disrupted for hours. On receiving information about road jam, city police reached the spot. Then after a long time, the matter was calmed down by convincing the angry people. At the same time, the police took possession of the body and sent it to Sadar Hospital for post-mortem and started investigating the case.
