The main accused arrested in the murder case of a retired soldier over a land dispute in Sitamarhi, Bihar, the step-mother-in-law of the deceased, Sunita Devi and Guddu Yadav, resident of Vishwanathpur, have been sent to jail. In this incident of Sitamarhi district, there is a lot of discussion about the name of the deceased starting with Ram and the main accused being daughter Sita and son-in-law Hanuman. Regarding this matter, SP Manoj Kumar Tiwari said that raids are being conducted by forming a special team to arrest the shooter and other accused involved in the incident. Soon everyone will be arrested and the matter will be revealed.

He was shot after being called from home

According to police sources, there was a dispute going on between the deceased Hanuman Yadav and his father-in-law regarding land for 18 years. On December 7, 2015, retired soldier Ram Vivek Prasad Yadav, resident of Chakmahila, was called out of his house and murdered by three bike-riding miscreants. In this, on the statement of the deceased’s second wife Sunita, son-in-law Hanuman Yadav and daughter Sita Yadav were named as the main accused.

Murder over selling land

According to the information, much of the land of retired soldier Ram Vivek Yadav was sold by his second wife. At the same time, the daughter and son-in-law of a retired soldier who had come out of jail were planning to sell the remaining land. Due to this he was murdered.

According to the police, to uncover the incident, the police is also investigating the disputes regarding the land sold and the remaining land of the retired soldier. So that not even a single culprit involved in the case can escape police action. At present, the police have sent both of them to jail and raids are being conducted to arrest other criminals.
