What is sleep paralysis?
This is a kind of sleeping disorder, in which you feel as if you have come out of sleep and are not able to do any work. Despite many efforts, he is not able to even move his hands and legs. This is called sleep paralysis. If we understand in simple words, in this the mind is awake and the body is sleeping. This problem can be seen before going into deep sleep or shortly before waking up. This problem is often seen increasing in adolescence.

Tips to prevent sleep paralysis
1. Do not compromise on sleep, sleep fully for 7-8 hours.
2. Do not look at the phone two hours before sleeping.
3. Keep the time of sleeping and waking up the same.
4. Create a bedroom with low lighting and a quiet environment.
5. Do not consume alcohol, cigarettes or things containing caffeine.
6. Exercise daily.
7. Do meditation to make the mind calm and concentrated.
