At the same time, the second solar eclipse of the year will occur on the last day of Pitru Paksha, i.e. 2 October 2024. - In the Dwapar era also, just before the Mahabharata War, in the month of Kartik, two eclipses had occurred in a fortnight in a similar manner. In such a situation, this year too, lunar and solar eclipses will occur on 18 September and 2 October 2024 at an interval of 15 days, which can be inauspicious.
