Celebs are wishing fans a happy new year by posting on social media. In this series, actress Sonam Kapoor has also shown a glimpse of the special moments of her past year by posting a mix-up video on Instagram and in a long post has described the past year as a roller coaster. Sonam has also talked about her expectations for the new year in the post.
While sharing the video, Sonam Kapoor wrote in the post- ‘Last year was full of roller coaster. Accepting the fact that we are parents and all the joys and fears that come with it… understanding that I have changed emotionally, physically and spiritually and that comes with pain, acceptance and ultimately happiness. Then dealing with my husband falling very ill which no doctor could treat and finally finding out what it was and he recovered completely (these were three months of hell and thank God and Dr.Sareen) .’
Changed house 4 times in a year
Sonam Kapoor further wrote in the post- ‘Changing talent agencies and changing new homes 4 times… while supporting my husband in his work and his rapid growth in his work, time with my precious family and incredible friends. Trying to make ends meet and start working again has been the most difficult, surprising, fulfilling and enriching year.
Said this about war
Talking about the new year, Sonam Kapoor wrote – ‘I hope that this year will also bring many lessons and growth along with ups and downs. I hope the world will understand that nothing is achieved by war. Praying for all those lost in this terrible war going on right now, where only civilians and children are being injured, while those in power are behaving like demons.
These expectations from the new year
Sonam wrote at the end of the post – ‘On this New Year, I hope for peace and fun in this world and I am full of gratitude and humility for the life that has been given to me. Happy New Year everyone…love you all.
