Sonam recalled that her mother was the first to start personal gym training in Mumbai and she has always been conscious about health. Sonam said, “This happened many years ago. So it is my mother who has been very healthy from the beginning. Very conscious about health. My father would like to indulge in it sometimes but my mother controls him like a very good Indian wife.”
