How to make Semolina Chilla
First of all, finely chop all the vegetables like onion, tomato, carrot, capsicum, coriander leaves, green chilli etc. Now put semolina in a bowl. Add curd to it and whisk it well. The semolina batter should neither be too thick nor too thin. Accordingly, add curd and water to it. Now add all the chopped vegetables and mix well. If the solution becomes thick, you can add a little more water. Now add red chili powder, salt, ginger-garlic paste to it and stir and leave it for 15 minutes.

This will make the cheela soft. Now put a pan on the gas, add oil to it. When the oil becomes hot, pour semolina batter on it and spread it well. Roast on both the sides. Take it out in a plate. Likewise roast all of them. Tasty cheela of semolina is ready. Enjoy eating it for breakfast with tomato sauce or coriander leaves chutney.
