Semolina Veg Tikka Recipe
1 to 1/2 cup rava
1/4 cup gram flour
2 to 1/2 cups water
Half cup curd
1 small carrot
1 small capsicum
1 small onion – chopped
1 chopped green chili
1 tsp cumin
1 pinch asafoetida
salt to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
red chili as per taste
Refined oil as needed
Method for making Rava Mix Tikka:
1- Boil water in a pan. Then put semolina in it and cook it while stirring.
2- After the rava is cooked, add salt, cumin and red chili according to your taste and mix it equally.
3- When the whole mixture cooks a little, then add chopped onions to it, then add tomatoes to it.
4- Now add capsicum, green chilli and pav bhaji masala and mix it properly.
5- Now put the whole mixture in a plate and spread it evenly. Now let it cool down.
After 6- 10-15 minutes, cut this mixture into pieces.
7- Then put oil in a pan and heat it on low flame. Now fry the pieces of the mixture in it. Do it. Roast these tikkas till they become golden from both the sides.
8- Semolina tikkas are ready. Now you can serve them hot on the table.
