Shopkeeper Sonu Dubey told that he started making dosa about 24 years ago and today people are liking this dosa very much. He was the first to start selling dosa here. Then its price was less but today the price has also increased with time. People from far and wide come to his shop to eat South Indian Dosa.
Taste of South Indian Dosa
Shopkeeper Sonu Dubey told that this dosa was named South Indian Dosa because the spices and recipe used to make this dosa are not from here. South Indian recipe is used in this dosa. Spices are not used here at all, all the spices are brought from Maghurai for making dosa. At the same time, the person working at his shop is also a South Indian.
South Indian Dosa started at Rs 10
According to shopkeeper Sonu Dubey, when he started selling dosa about 24 years ago, its price was kept at Rs 10. Today Masala Dosa is being sold for Rs.70 and Paneer Dosa for Rs.80.
