The size of the seven sandalwood trees stolen from BHU ranged from eight to 18 feet tall. The thieves did not even spare trees up to 8 feet long and 9 and a half inches thick. Their thickness ranged from 9½ inches to 35 inches. At the same time, the height of the three currently existing sandalwood trees ranges from six feet to 18 feet. Their thickness ranges from four inches to 19 inches. Information regarding his age has not been found. This was revealed through an RTI. Anisha Chatterjee of Durgakund had asked 15 questions to BHU in RTI. Of these, there were eight questions related to sandalwood trees. 3 youths of Lucknow-Basti had snatched iPhone and bracelet
Three youths resident of Lucknow and Basti had befriended Aryan Seth, living near Kaushah Mosque, Hadha, on mobile. After this all three came to Banaras and went out for a walk with Aryan. Then, they beat him up on the way and snatched his iPhone and bracelet. The police of Chowk police station made this disclosure by arresting three youths from Lucknow with the help of their mobile numbers.
The accused have been identified as Bharwalia of Purani Basti police station of Basti district, Adarsh Singh of Savdahiya Kala, Vansh Rastogi of Kurwanchal Nagar of Ghazipur police station of Lucknow and Sahil of Pratap Nagar. Aryan’s iPhone and bracelet have been recovered from all three. ACP Dashashwamedh Pragya Pathak told that Aryan had filed a case at Chowk police station.
