Civil surgeon of the district hospital, Dr. Nilay Jain said that nutrients like iron, calcium, protein, fiber, potassium and magnesium are found in abundance in all three vegetables. But most of these nutrients are found in Bathua.

In fenugreek per 100 grams: – Sodium: 67mg – potassium: 770mg – calcium: 176mg – 33.5mg – magnesium: 191mg
In Bathua per 100 grams: – Sodium: 43mg – potassium: 452mg – calcium: 309mg – 1.2mg – magnesium: 34mg
