Ingredients to make Sprouts Fried Rice
Rice – one and a half cup
Moong Sprouts – 1/4 cup
Capsicum – 1
Onion – 1
Green chili – 2
Garlic – 4-5 cloves
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Cumin – 1 tsp
Oil – 3-4 tbsp
salt – as per taste

How to make Sprouts Fried Rice
To make Sprouts Fried Rice, first of all clean the rice. After this wash the rice 2-3 times with water and keep them soaked for 10 minutes. During this, cut thin and long pieces of onion, garlic, green chillies. Now put the rice in the pressure cooker, add three cups of water and put the lid on the gas. When 2-3 whistles come in the cooker, turn off the gas and wait for the pressure of the cooker to end.

When the pressure of the cooker is released, take out the rice in a big plate and spread it so that it cools down completely. When the rice gets cold, put oil in a pan and keep it to heat on medium flame. When the oil becomes hot, add finely chopped onions, green chillies and garlic and fry them. Fry the onions till they become soft and turn golden brown.

When the onions become soft, add moong sprouts to it and mix well with the help of a ladle. Now cover the pan and let the sprouts cook for 3-4 minutes. Keep stirring it in between, after that add capsicum, black pepper powder and salt as per taste and mix. After this add rice to it, mix and let it cook. Cook it for 2-3 minutes while stirring. After this turn off the gas. Tasty sprouts fried rice is ready.
