Mahesh Thakur was seen in the lead role with Sridevi in the show. Talking about the fear of Sridevi on the sets of the serial, he told in an interview to Siddharth Kannan – Everyone was afraid of the actress because of her celebrity status.
Sridevi was scared on the set
Mahesh further said- ‘If Sridevi was sitting on a chair on the set, then other people would stand 6-7 steps away from her.’ He told – ‘On the very first day of the shoot he had to shoot the wedding scene with Sridevi’. The actor said- ‘Anyone in my place would have been nervous. But Sridevi made us feel comfortable beyond her celebrity status. The actress made us all feel equal on the set with her grounded attitude.
Let us tell you that Sridevi died on 24th February in the year 2018. The actress died under suspicious circumstances in a luxurious hotel in Dubai. Dubai officials had said that the cause of death of the actress was drowning in the bathtub.
