Daughter and daughter-in-law from outer Delhi have done wonders in UPSC. Srishti Dabas, daughter of Rani Kheda village, secured sixth position in Civil Services in her first attempt while studying along with a job. Whereas Prakhya Dabas, daughter-in-law of Rasoolpur village adjacent to Rani Kheda, also secured 584th position while working. This was his fifth attempt. There is a distance of only 500 meters between these two houses. Srishti’s father Sanjeev Dabas and Prakhya Dabas’s husband Vikas Dabas are working in Delhi Police.
Her family members are very happy with Srishti’s achievement and there is an atmosphere of happiness in her village too. Two years ago, Ayushi Dabas, daughter of this village, had also passed the civil services examination. He had secured 34th position. Srishti has studied till 12th class at Ganga International School located in Hiran Kudna village. After this he did BA from Indraprastha College, Delhi University. During this period, he took coaching from Rao Institute located at Connaught Place for two years. After doing BA, he got the job of DRO in Reserve Bank of India. He is posted in Mumbai.
Along with working, he also studied MA from IGNOU and prepared for civil services. He has two brothers and sisters. His brother Ayush is doing BA and his aim is also to become IAS.
Here, Prakhya Dabas got the good fortune of passing civil services after marriage. She had made four attempts before marriage, but could not pass the pre-marriage thrice. Whereas she reached the interview in the fourth attempt. She currently works in a private company in Karol Bagh. She is the daughter of Badli village in Jhajjar district of Haryana. He has received education in science subject.
Inspector’s daughter Rupal got 26th rank
Rupal Rana, daughter of Delhi Police Inspector Jasveer Rana, has secured 26th rank in Civil Services. She is originally a resident of Baraut district of Uttar Pradesh. But she is living in Delhi. Rupal has won in the fourth attempt. Earlier, she could not pass pre in all three attempts. He did his graduation from Ramanuja College, Delhi.
