There will be recruitment on so many posts
This time, 17727 posts will be recruited through the SSC CGL exam. This is a tentative number which may change. Registrations are going on and the last date to apply is 24 July. The date of the Tier One exam has not been announced yet, but the exam will probably be held in the month of September-October.
Who can apply
To apply, it is necessary that the candidate fulfills these eligibility criteria.
- The candidate must be a citizen of India.
- Age limit is as per the post but in most of the cases age should not be more than 32 years.
- To apply for these posts, it is necessary that the candidate has a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- For some posts, a master’s degree is also necessary. You will have to check the details in the notice of the post you are applying for.

- To apply for SSC CGL Exam 2024, first visit the official website i.e. ssc.gov.in.
- Here on the homepage, click on New User and then find the link named Register Now and go to it.
- As soon as you do this, a new page will open. You will have to go to this page and fill the form.
- At this time you have to login to your registered account using your registration number and password which were generated at the time of registration.
- Login and fill the application form by filling all the required details.
- Now once the form is filled, upload scanned images of your photo, signature and other required documents.
- Check the form once properly and click on submit button.
- Also know that general category candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 100. Submit it online or offline.
- Women, reserved category and PH category candidates are not required to pay the fee.
- With this your application will be completed. Take a printout of this form. It will be useful for you in future.
