Onion – 1
Carrot – 1 small
Cream – 1 cup
Capsicum – half cup
Tomato – 1 cut into slices
Coriander leaves – one tablespoon
Cabbage – half cup
salt – to taste
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Green chili – 1 chopped
Veg Malai Sandwich Recipe
Clean carrots, coriander leaves, cabbage, onions, green chilies, capsicum and chop them finely. You can also grate carrots. Cut the tomatoes into fine or round slices. You can also put sweet corn in it. Put all these vegetables in a bowl. Now add cream to this mixture of vegetables and mix well. Also add salt and black pepper powder as per taste.
