Which way should one walk in the morning?

We all know that heart attack occurs early in the morning and due to cold in winter season. This increases the risk of heart attack even further. All those people who are at high risk. They are not advised to walk (or exercise) early in the morning in winter. The pressure increases in cold weather and as a result, our heart beats faster and needs to pump more blood which is not favorable for a person with a weak heart.
