Shraddha Kapoor made her Bollywood debut in the year 2010 with the film ‘Teen Patti’. This film of hers was a flop. Now it has been 14 years for the actress in the film industry and during this time Shraddha has worked in a total of 19 films. Some of these were hits, some were superhits and some films had to face failure.
Got a break from ‘Aashiqui 2’
After ‘Teen Patti’, Shraddha Kapoor appeared in Love Ka The End in 2011 but this film also failed at the box office. In 2013, the actress did ‘Aashiqui 2’ with Aditya Roy Kapur. This film became a superhit and Shraddha Kapoor also got a big break. After this, the actress worked in ‘Ek Villain’, ‘Haider’, ‘ABCD 2’ and ‘Baaghi’ and all these films were successful at the box office.
‘Stree’ was a super hit
In 2016, Shraddha Kapoor did the film ‘Rock On 2’ which was a flop. In 2017, the actress appeared in ‘OK Jaanu’, ‘Haseena Parker’ and ‘Half Girlfriend’. Out of these, only ‘Half Girlfriend’ was able to earn average money. The other two films flopped. In 2018, Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkumar Rao’s ‘Stree’ was released which was a superhit.
Shraddha Kapoor gave consecutive flop films
Shraddha Kapoor’s film ‘Batti Gul Meter Chalu’ flopped at the box office and ‘Street Dancer’ also failed. But the actress gave successful films like ‘Saaho’, ‘Baaghi 3’ and ‘Tu Jhoothi Main Makkar’. Shraddha Kapoor gave her last hit in 2019 itself. This film was ‘Chhichhore’ which earned Rs 153.09 crore and proved to be a superhit. Now the actress has high hopes from her 19th film ‘Stree 2’.
